WHATS IN IT FOR THE CUSTOMER? - PEACE OF MIND

After over 25 years of manufacturing and installing pool covers, and liaising closely with the pool installers, we have come to the conclusion that we need some sort of quality check, to ensure that you, the end user gets a competent job. Some of the companies we have worked with over the years have difficulties with tape measures let alone spirit levels!.. and many are not even solvent.

Billy Bodge and his mates may be a good bunch of lads, but a bad installation is for life. Our relationship with you the customer is long term so we need to ensure that things are done correctly.

Whilst our engineers do the mechanical and electrical fitting and commissioning, the building work needs to be correct to ensure reliable operation. The construction work is very simple, and has been frequently accomplished by competent DIYers. An ability to read a diagram, use a spirit level and tape measure, and follow simple instructions, is all that is required. We visit all our sites during construction, both to advise your builder and to check the DRIPOOL part of the work.

The APPROVED DEALER award means that IN OUR OPINION, based on our past experiences, the company is legal, decent, honest, truthful, honourable and most of all competent, and we are happy to associate the good name and reputation of DRIPOOL with their work.

Swimming pool builders and contractors who have not worked with us before cannot be APPROVED DEALERS. However, this is not exclusive, we will be pleased to work with new people on your job if instructed, and as normal we would work closely with them, which could result in them being enrolled.
