We will never collect sensitive information about you without your prior consent.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To respond to a customer communication as submitted via our website www.Dripool.co.uk
- To quote for services relating to the design and installation, repair or maintenance of your safety pool cover.
- To attend your property for services relating to the installation, repair or maintenance of your safety pool cover.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Local planning authorities ????
- Architects / designers who have been directly contracted by you for the design of a swimming pool including the safety pool cover.
- Pool building companies who have been directly contracted by you for the complete installation of a swimming pool including the safety pool cover.
We use the information that you have given us in order to undertake site visits as necessary and to provide the appropriate quotation for services and materials.
We will not share this information with any organisation without your prior consent.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored and not disclosed without your prior consent. Your data remains confidential at all times.
We keep your personal contact details for the life of the swimming pool cover. Should you move from the property we will dispose of your name, email address and telephone numbers but we will retain the address and details of the installed cover in order to fulfil our duties with regard the ongoing maintenance of the installed safety cover for future owners.
Should the pool or safety cover be removed at any time you have the right to request that we remove your details from our records.
