Service Request
In order to keep your pool cover system in good working order and verify its safety, we recommend an annual service by our trained in-house Service Engineers. Our rates are as follows:
Standard Service | £285 + VAT
Our standard service covers travel and labour costs, system clean (not including the cover fabric), lubrication and hydraulic oil (where required). Additional parts will be itemised and charged accordingly.
Warrantee
In general, all our work is covered by a 12 month warrantee; however, we reserve the right to judge each case on its merits.
Special Timed Visits
If you require a special timed appointment this may increase the cost of any visit and could considerably delay our response time.
Payment
Payment is due by return on receipt of invoice and may be made by cheque, debit/credit card (we do not accept AMEX) or by direct bank transfer.
Please be aware that whilst all care is taken by our engineers when working on your site, Dripool will not be held responsible for damage to paving or finishes around the access hatches. If you are concerned about possible damage, please ensure that hatches are removed prior to our visit.
